fixing bumper scratches

hi guys...

would i be able to fix this paint scratches on my front and rear bumpers myself...or do i need to bring this to a professional detailer? if so, how much should i expect to pay? thanks in advance...

Rule of thumb: If your finger nail can catch on the scratch then its too deep for a detailer to remove. If the scratch is deeper than the color coat - you cant remove it by compounding/polising

Re-paint is the way to fix that or have a touch-up company take care of it.

Painting bumper

You can easily paint it yourself as well. All you will need is some 600 grit sand paper, a can of flexible primer, a can of color,and one of clear. Email me if you want detailed instructions. CPaintCars@aol.com
