99 ram 4x4 NO POWER to Starter

ok, Im new I looked over the threeds and found one that is the same as Im going through, but no one answered it or maybe he fixed it and did not reply. Here is the deal. I have changed the bat, cables, starter, and now im down to no volts comming from the small black wire leaving the fuse bos that goes down to the starter. When I turn the key I get nothing, I have also changed the relay and I do have volts going into the relay, Dont know who to ck any thing from this point...... HELP anyone PLEASE. The truck was running ok then just would not start after comming out of the gas station last night.
