First time financing a car

I'm 19. I have been working for the past few years but only recently started on the books. I worked at my last job for 3 months and just switched 3 days ago to a new company making alot more money and alot of room to grow. Now the car i want to buy is pretty specific. It just came out for the 2017 model year but there are already used ones on the market for 10,000 less than new. The car will cost roughly 15,000 before taxes and whatever other fees. My credit score is 650 but I don't have a while lot of history. Just student loans that are already paid off and a credit card I got to build credit, and I am smart with the credit card btw. I can get my dad to cosign. I don't know what his score is but it's alot better than mine and has alot more good history. I'm just wondering if all of this is do able with 2000 down payment and I'd like my monthly payment around 400. Also am I going to need to wait awhile staying at the same job before I can get approved?

And to make it clear I am set on this specific car, if I'm going to spend alot of money it's going to be for someone thing I actually want, I already have a beater vehicle and a nice one that gets parked for winter. Both paid for. I just want something reliable that I can drive year round and not worry about anything
