head vs. cams
I have a 97 integra ls, i believe it has the stock b18b1 engine (correct, incorect?) Will I see greater gains with a b16 head or performance cams? I know this is kind of vauge but I dont really know many different types/manufactors of cams.

Re: head vs. cams
performance heads are expensive, i would do a built GSR head with some aggressive cams then, get it to redline 9600rpms, go to import crate building site and they have all the info u need

go for the cams... i have a NA 90integra ls. the cams are awesome, and talk about power?! nothing like sitting at a light and hearing that car lope! crower makes great cams that you can profile yourself. you can get absolutely anything you want, including the adjustable cam gears. screw the head, get you pre-exsisting one shaved down and decked all nice for better compression, your set!

B16 is DOHC VTEC and so is the ECU you need? I dont quite get it. as for the question getting used head/ecu/etc. probably would run close to or maybe just a tad more than the head swap, then later get cams for the vtec head, that way you wont spend 700 on non vtec cams to decide later you want to swap heads and lose money on your cams and spend 700 more again.
