Fiberglass spoiler for Corvette

Hello,
Newbie. I am not a body man, but I have done some bodywork over the last decades. Done some paintwork. What I'm wanting is a molded spoiler in my bumper cover. An aftermarket cover is available in fiberglass. The picture of the maroon car with the Shinoda cover is what I'm after. That bumper cover is not available and I'm not interested in the ground effect portion. What would be the best path to accomplishing this?

Thank you
