Microset question
Is Microset safe to use on glear window parts, it does not frost it or anything does it?

Clear? - yes it is safe, it will not affect clear syrene.

Isn't Microset basically just vinegar (well, mostly)? If so, it shouldn't hurt anything, including cured paint.

No, its not vinegar (acetic acid). It is an alcohol.

Really? I had no idea. The smell always reminded me of vinegar, so I asked the guy that runs my local hobby store and he told me it was vinegar based. Live and learn I guess.
