New Fulvia - why can't all cars look this good
Lancia has revived the famous Fulvia name for a concept car unveiled at the 2003 Frankfurt motor show. This little coupe is clearly inspired by the 60's original and mimics it by achieving effortless grace and beauty. This car's being displays exactly why Lancia simply cannot die. The reception to the Fulvia has been great and i really believe it would sell in droves if it were to get the green light. If so, i hope it comes to the UK, it could be perfect for a Lancia revival
For you technical freaks, it's built on the same platform as the Fiat Barchetta and shares its 140bhp 1.8l 4-pot. That may not be huge power, but this lightweight comes in at less than a tonne, so performance is pretty good. Pics of the Fulvia: Nice... ahem.. ass No one does it quite like the Italians But the Fulvia wasnt the only gorgeous Italian at the Frankfurt show, check out the stunning Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione. |

Yes.....it's a damn shame.... instead, they (Fiat..) will concentrate on a small mini-van! Why don't they just scrap the whole marque? If priced right the Fulvia would KILL the competition I say. On a different market segment I don't think Alfa Romeo are going ahead with the totally stunning 8C Competizione either.... sad news all over

Re: New Fulvia - why can't all cars look this good
That's okay that it won't be made. Anyone who likes to have a pop or something while they drive would be very frustrated with the location of the cup holders. Why is it such a challenge for car manufactorers to put out something with accessible cup holders????

Here for the pussy, man.

Re: Re: New Fulvia - why can't all cars look this good
We don't drink pop when we drive in Italy (One of the only places Lancia are sold), most Italians are foreign to the concept of cup holders.....
Damn shame about the Fulvia not being made, as well
