2004 Timing Belt & Water Pump
Has anyone replaced the timing belt and water pump on their 2004 or similar Sienna? Just want to get a feel for how tough this job is? I see e-bay has kits as does Napa. Any experience with these parts? The ebay ad states these are Japanese parts that are also provided to to Toyota for cars when they are built. Appreciate any thoughts on doing this at home in my garage. I have a good collection of tools and have done engine rebuilds and many other repairs in the past.

Re: 2004 Timing Belt & Water Pump
putting timing belt is not to hard get you a hayes manual that go's to that car there about $20.00 if your to keep the car. you could go on auto zone.com and put you car in and click on diagram. one more thing change water pump to or if water pump go's out you'll have to tear it back apart because timing belt is running the water pump.

Re: 2004 Timing Belt & Water Pump
Appreciate the feedback. I have a real good set of instructions with parts breakdown so I think I will give it a shot. Where did you get your parts? I am thinking about just getting the entire timing belt and water pump kit off of ebay. Japanese parts.

Best deal I could find was RockAuto.com including shipping. Parts are Aisin which I read is the OEM supplier for Toyota. Appreciate all your help.
