Maxima for Racing?
I am just curious why some people chose the Maxima for racing. I mean aren't there faster cars out there with better available mods?

Re: Maxima for Racing?
BP2K2Max, were you abused as a child by a Honda? You seem to hate them very strongly.

It is the sleeper effect, I prefer that, like BP said everyone and there mommas get a Honda<every since the F&F all of these kids seem to think that the Honda (especially the Civic) is the fastest thing on wheels.

Racing Maximas
I like to go autocrossing... and one of the best runs I saw was by guy who hooked up the older model Nissan Maxima his parents gave him as a high school graduation present... that thing moved nicely through the cones!

I was just curious, because there seem to be so many cars out there that can be made fast for less. For instance a jetta can get a good turbo for like 2000-3000 dollars...look at Maximas and theirs cost like $4000-$6000. I don't know, and there just doesn't seem to be much to work with. By the way, I am just trying to understand..I am not trying dis the Maxima obviously, because I have one myself (if you were wondering). What do you guys think?
