IAT Sensor

Where is the IAT sensor located on 1998 plymouth voyager 3.8 engine?

Only the 2.4 engine has the IAT Sensor.

I'll bet you're seeing a MIL code 23 or a P0112 or P0113 "P" code. All references I can find say these codes refer to the Inlet Air Temperature sensor. Trouble is tempfixit is correct in saying your engine, the 3.8ltr, doesn't have said sensor. Only the 2.4 ltr engine has it. What does it mean on a 3.8 ltr engine? This has come up several times on several forums and I have yet to see a definitive answer. One post eluded to it being EGR related but, that wasn't definite. Might ask your local dealership. If anybody knows for sure please post.
