Anyone heard of this VIN check site?

So I'm selling my car, and a prospective buyer texts me and asks if I will send them a report from www.dmvvinreport.com. I've never heard of that site and it doesn't come up in a Google search either. Doesn't seem legit to me. I could see it being a scam where they act like a prospective buyer and lead folks to this site and collect $25 for a bogus report. Since I asked him if I could do carfax instead he hasn't responded. Anyone heard of that site?

Its a scam. Just like you thought they are just trying to get people to use the site and they get a little money for the site hit.

Yeah after posting this I realized how obvious a scam this is. Thing is this guy didn't talk like most scammers so it threw me off. He could totally take you for all your cc info. It was asking for it all.
