my van will not start Help!!!!!

We bought a new battery the van would not spark when the battery was fully charged but when the battery gets low it start to spark please help

Yup, yet another odd one. By "would not spark or start to spark" you mean it would or wouldn't start when you turned the key correct?

We need to hear voltages. When measuring with a meter at the battery posts and engine off you shouldn't see more than 13 vdc. With the engine running 13.5 to 14.5 volts. What are you seeing? Could be too high voltage out of the battery shutting down the PCM (engine computer).
