Transmission problems

I have a 2007 model. I'm having weird trans problems. Ok first off no check engine light is on. No wrench light heck no trouble lights on. Ok when you start the vehicle its wants to go like its in drive. You can actually rev the engine and feel that it tries to go but the park paw is stopping it. This is the same thru all the gears even neutral. The vehicle will actually drive forward in every selection made except for park. You cannot even try to push the van backwards when it is in neutral while the vehicle is running.
Now when the vehicle is turned off the vehicle can move backwards when in neutral. I have unplugged the transaxle range sensor when this happens you can hear the engine de-rev while in park but it still only moves in forward.
I have checked the PCM to see if it was wet, but it was dry. I'm at a loss for what it could be. The only thing it seems like is maybe something in the valve body has broken and fluid is jumping across the pathways.
I have searched and have yet to find anyone with this problem. Need some help I'm at a loss of what it could be. I'm stuck between something electrical or Mechanical. Leaning towards Mechanical because it acts the same when the range selector is unplugged.
