Cool New Sub-forum Suggestion!

New Sub-forum Suggestion!

Automotive Forums has sub-fora just about every aspect of cars, makes, repair, etc. What I haven’t found here is a forum for discussing the act of driving itself, interacting with the roads and with other drivers and riders around you.

I have an idea for a new sub-forum, or ‘sub-sub’ if you want to implement it under here, in ‘Cars In General’

Driving! The act of driving itself, whether you’re on two wheels, four wheels, or eighteen.

Yes, a sub-forum where folks knowledgeable - or not so knowledgeable - of the rules of the road, can discuss experiences when driving: with other drivers, challenging intersections, how to behave around trucks and other big vehicles, traffic signals, what constitutes speeding, law enforcement of the rules, etc. Even for driving experiences and road rules in different countries.

It should be a place to clarify, and gain understanding, and not a venue for shaming or threatening drivers you had a run-in with today, and should be moderated accordingly.

What do you all think?

No takers??

Well, let me tell you about this light that stays red longer than it takes paint to dr -

Seriously, a subforum for such topics is sorely needed!

First thought: haven't we got enough subforums?

Second thought: You're right, that would be a good one to have.

Send a PM to Igor to suggest it.

I agree, there probably is some overlap in the topicality of some of our subs. Thanks for the suggestion to bring it up though!
