Re: Dino 206 sp
eheh George, with your skill this can become a true masterpiece. I just want to provide something better than what I get, and than the old modellers kit (pricey as if a real car...)
as usual, want to see what caster says and can do with her, all will happen during 2015.stay tuned then

Re: Dino 206 sp
drilled engine bay looks this way. Of course it is far from perfection, but allows to mork well in it, and before cast I cant go deep with thinner all resin sides. But it will be possible on copies, even more cause resin is real soft to cut/sand/drill, as all guys with my rsr can note.
Also the cut of the upper engine bonnet will be not so much complicated. all the rest, is in the hands of the modeller.. just before....as said I would like to fix something to provide a basical engine and transaxle...we will see..

Re: Dino 206 sp
..and finally today I received my models.
I made very few copies of it, being a garage kit, this time is a full kit. Porsche RSR was indeed cheaper cause only 2 parts. here we made much more. The only missing part in what you see is the vacum moulded canopy, for what I did dimes. I am very happy with the quality we achieved. is identical to porsche and very nice to work with. If somebody interest please pm me, very few available, also cause produce this one costed a lot. this is the complete parts in the model. Note the rear lights are casted in trasparent resin

Re: Dino 206 sp

Re: Dino 206 sp
Real satisfied also with the trasparent vcuformed parts. they are a very important part in cars like this. they have been made ultra professionally and come covered with protective plastic
this sheet includes both windshield and the 2 front lights covers.

Re: Dino 206 sp
and some more
still dunno if I will add the engine in my model. probably yes, but then have to rebuild a transaxle and all the inner tube cage. For now I start saving that v6 engine from Fujimi's Dino 246 em....

Re: Dino 206 sp
tack så micket Emil !
will try to do my best, even if I am making 3 other models together with little dino. keep her just like my personal pleasure in the pauses between other build up. here an overall view of the car with open bonnet:
