Unhappy Exhaust Manifold

Hi, I've had a the same 156 for 5 years and I've just recently noticed the exhaust manifold going bright red after the engine running, this may seen like a daft question but is this normal....

156 TS 2.0 or v6 ?

hi, i am new to this site. i recently became an owner of a 156 tspark. prob being, the tick over revs are high, once to temp the revs drop and it starts spluttering, manifold gets hot very quick.

Paraflu liquid it's ok (max level ?)

Engine oil is 10w40 ?
