Nice car.
Was he the driver that died of kidney failure as a result of the fire in a car? I read Don Garlit's book 'King of the Dragsters' and he mentioned that before a NASCAR driver died from that, they never thought to look for kidney failure after severe burns (And he had just been burned in the book). |

No, Glenn was burned on about 75% of his body with most of it being third degree. His burns had started healing but his body had been so weakened by the ordeal he succumbed to infection over a month after his crash.
