Nevada 90 HICAS
Just picked up a 90 Hicas with 70K miles. I have the maintenance records so I know I will need to the the guides. Transmission has had fluid changes but no other type of service to it. Anything else need to be done right away? It drove great across country. Only frustrating thing is that the turn signals blink faster with the lights on and also the clock stops when the lights are switched on. Any ideas on those issues?
A few other questions but I will leave them for another posting. Thanks in advance. BrownStLouis |

Re: Nevada 90 HICAS
By fluid changes do you mean drain, or fluid exchange with a pan drop and filter replacement? If not the latter, time to do it. The BG site has a guide to service shops by location. All other fluids should be changed also unless there is evidence it has been done recnetly. Assume at leastthe minimum 60K service was done.
To learn about your new car and how to maintiain it, go to NICO http://www.nissaninfiniticlub.net and read all the posts. It will take days, but you will have a better understanding of your car than most service writers and technicians at the dealers.
