97 Pathfinder Fuel relay removal
My neighbors girlfriend has a 97 pathfinder which has had 2 battery failures the last 3 months. Tonight my neighbor heard a noise coming fron under the hood after the engine was shut off.
We traced the noise to a metal box on the firewall which has what appears to be fuel lines running to it. It sounded like a motor whirring. It may be fuel going through this device. This device has an electrical connector going to it. We were going to pull the fuel pump relay to see if this stopped the sound but saw no release tab and decided to disconnect the battery and start again tomorrow. Do these relays just pull out or do they have a release tab? |
