Exclamation S430 06 Won't Start. Help!!!!!!!

I bought S430 (2006)with little damage on the left-front. My airbag on driver wheel is blown .
So i fixed all that but my car doesn't wanna start. There is 2 Fuse links witch is i checked and double check, checked all fuses and relays. Can't find anything.
When i turn the key car goes to ignition and everything lights up and working.
So i checked starter relay and it had 2 positives on it no negative.
Looks like my key doesn't turn relay on. Other words, key don't send a negative to relay. I used my screw driver on relay(connected 2 positives) and i did start the car no problem .
So I don't know what to do . My key still doesn't turn the engine i need to open the hood and manually use relay to start the car.

Anyone now's what is going on???

Thanks.
