Rough Idling 87 Reliant

My 87 Plymouth Reliant is idling very rough. I've changed the fuel filter, plugs wires, cap and rotor button, no luck. It misses out on the road also. I sprayed starting fluid down the carb throat while it was running and it smoothed right out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
