99 Cutlass GLS MAYBE???? good buy?

I am lookin @ buyin either 99 cutlass gls 114k or 99 altima gle 117k.. but i was looking at review for both and it seems the cutlass has A LOT or reoccurring issues :
-The fan not working at 1-2 settings
-The coolant leaks
-The Oil is burning,
-The brakes

-The engine light!
-AC leaks
-The window on the drivers side sometimes just stops working.

Just to name a few and i was wondering if this was just a few isolated incidences or true cutlass gls issues?

Usually those things would be repaired by now, every car has it's own idiosynchrises, check it out as you would any used car 11 years old.
