I tried using the window masks on the Revell Mini but they look to be about 10% too small when I tried the Adobe version.
Are they supposed to be like this?
Any suggestions?

Make sure you are printing 100% not Fit to Page

I didn't use masking tape though. I hijacked a sheet of 6 panel mailing labels from work and printed on that. Worked very well for me aside from a little residue that I had to take off afterwards.

Man, you MUST get Tamiya tape. Trust me, there's NO substitute!!

we dont get tamiya tape around here and i cant get things off of the internet cuz i have no credit card, but i use automotive masking tape which works very good for me, but if i stick the masking tape to paper from the printer, when i peel it off, wont it just rip the paper off onto it?

No, as long as you stick it down lightly then trace the shape lightly with a pen, you'll be able to lift it off without losing too much of the tapes stickiness.
