Unhappy i need help

ok, after i start my engine it sounds like it is struggling to stay going, like it's making a *glug* *glug* noise

but, it only does this when the car is idle or when i put it in reverse

as soon as i put it and drive and get the car going, it stops having trouble

please help

sounds like you need to adjust your idle, but don't ask me how to do it, lol.
