Chaparral 2D Daytona 1966 Monogram 1/24

As I am a big Jim Hall (and Can-Am) fan, this is my first Chaparral which I did build.
(I have more Chaparral's in my stash)
Finished this one of a while ago, but forgot to take some good pictures.
It's not my best looking model, but I did wan't you guys to see it anyway.
Definitely not a price winner, but good enough for my cabinet!
Did some little fine detailing on this Chaparral.
for example: I copied the wheels from the Modeler's Chaparral 2D, these are much better looking.

The white background might not be the best choice, as the contrast in some pictures is quite off and hides many details.
The car looks great, congrats!

Yes your right, it is a little bit dated. But I like the shape of it.
