Yes, accept they were owned by the brother, Prince Jefri.

According to the filmer of this vid the car was in the showroom, because the owner was on holliday.

edit: vid was posted nov 2007

edit2: older vid of the 2005 GP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S9MgnlZqfjA

Thanks so much for the tip, saw #009 today and will be going back tomorrow for a proper shoot when I have my camera. Stupid for not taking it today, but I only drove past after hours anyway.

See if you can get them to open the rear bodywork - try to get a shot of the VIN plate llike this one -

And if you can, take a photo of the luggage if they is there (slim chance seeing as the car is just there whilst the owner is away, but you never know....) or at least the luggage compartments. Any other 'arty' shots are also welcome

Where can I actually find that sticker? I'm looking through my #014 and #016 shots and can't find where that plate is located on either of those. I'm sure I could find it after some prodding around in there, but any pointers would be nice

I'm going to do my best to get in every nook and cranny, I'm even taking a tape measure to see if I can measure the top of the door to the bottom for the quiz.

If anyone has any more specific requests, post them now. I'll do my best to get them, although because it's not actually for sale, I can't guarantee I can get in or anything open.

If you do get the chance to 'put your head in' and have a look, IIRC it's on the Right hand side in the engine compartment (if you are standing behind the car looking forwards) but can't remember exactly where.

EDIT - I believe its the opposite side to this plaque / sticker -

I uploaded a photo I took a couple of years ago here:
http://aussieexotics.com/forum/cars/...11267#msg11267

I've still got a couple hundred pics of 009 to get through.

Re: Recap of 'Rest of the World' F1 Fleet

#009's VIN.

They weren't able to open anything up for me, but I managed to get this over/behind/through the car. Thanks Roger, wouldn't have found it without your pointer.
Proper photos of the day coming soon in a separate thread.
