I was gonna put those same wheels on my SAS 350z! I guess great minds think alike! I'm not gonna build it for a while though! Looks great so far!

Wow it's gonna be a spartan car!
blueish grey would be good. I think the body will be tightened by dark metallic color. |

I think a metallic red would look great on it, or a metallic black?

Wow, thats looking so nice! I love the extra mods you've done, the rims suit it perfectly and that wing really sets it off.

thanks for the response guys..
yeah, the rims are quite controvertial, I think they look really good on the car tho, it gives it that GT racing look dont u think? like a mix of european and japanese styling hehe yeah, no SAS wing on this one, sorry chris its not entirely a sas car hehe |

update!
Just wanted to update the progress of this build. I've been too busy for modeling in the past months. I hope to finish this car very soon.
-update: -colour chosen!:flash: (finnally) Since i got a airbrush now, the paint is a custom mix of white babyblue light gunmetal with silver and blue ,and purple flakes in it. :flash: paint day is tomororw..lets hope all goes well, updates will follow. |

update!
here are some updated pix of project SAS Z.
exterior paint is already done..looks great in person! not gonna show you guys yet, wanna guess what colour it is? u never will hehe. the interior is basically done minus the steering wheel and colum and gauges -gunmetal + semigloss black+ purple/blue pearl colour scheme. Question for all you guys that built one already: HOw did u put the gauge decals on in the main instrument cluster? its so deep... |
