I hate it when companies (*cough*Toyota*cough*) use names that mean or portray absolutely nothing. Camry? Corolla? Paseo? Tercel? Come on now....
Toyota have cars with real words as names, in New Zealand i heard that they had one called the "ENEMA"

i doubt it sold very well

Re: Best Car names

Tacoma happens to be a city in the Pacific Northwest- in the foothills of Mt. Rainier.

Lessee, do Scottsdale, Yukon, or Dakota make you think of anything fake?

Re: Best Car names

mmmm coolest names

BMW even better "M"
F1 - just in case you were confused about how good this car was gonna be.
love bugatti maserati ferrari... they almost sound like an engine note...

theres more... but i wanna highlight some bad ones

Toyota Enima
Mitsubishi Pajero - means wanker in spanish or portugese or something
"cabbage" - don't know who makes it but a friend said he saw them in japan

really don't like lumina - not so much the name but the fact they are trying to brand all the 4 door pontiac GTO's in Aus as Luminas instead of Commodores.
