help!!! vr6 overheating

My car is overheating due to the fact that my cooling fans stopped working. I dont know where to go to get a new one, I DONT want to go to the dealer cause they JACK their prices way too much. Does anyone have any suggestions?

i hooked up a perfectly good cooling fan to my car, and it did not turn on. Before I did this i checked to see if there was power going to the fan and there was. I am now totally lost. Any suggestions?

The cooling fan modules are a common issue with thees, located under the coolant resivour. Also the thermostats on vr6 are a very common issue with overheating.
