Sonata Lawsuit
Hi All –
I work with a law firm that’s filed suit against Hyundai regarding 1999 to 2004 models of the Sonata. The suit claims Hyundai failed to warn customers that the sub-frame lacks corrosion protection and owners are experience premature decay. Corrosion issues can lead to dangerous conditions if a car fails while in use. For those of you who may not know, the sub-frame sits under the engine between the front wheels, serves as the sole steering support for the Sonata and anchors the front suspension. If you are a Sonata owner, you can contact the law firm to join or learn more about this case. Please visit www.hbsslaw.com/hyundaisonata. You can also call (602) 840-5900. |
