Lambo Jota SVR question

G'day all

I've had a bit of a trawl on the net but a lot of the photos I've found don't seem to focus too much on 2 areas of the Jota body I need some clarification on: the guard cutouts behind the front wheels & the large rectangular holes in the front hood. Are these meant to be purely cosmetic or detail pieces or do they serve a function in channeling air into or out of the front of the car? Should I be looking at opening out these parts to be more realistic?

Cheers

Re: Lambo Jota SVR question

It might help to post an image or two of the car you want to build.
Is it the real Bob Wallace one Lamborghini built (and was destroyed)?
Or the later copy/tribute car?
Or the the Miura show car that all the models seem to be copies of?

I did the show car (Hasegawa kit) and when I researched it I found multiple variations on that one chassis over the years.
So I found enough to make this one that matched the photos.
