Honda Prelude - 4th gen - Fujimi - 1/24

1,5 year ago since I last finished a model and more the 3 months ago since I last posted an update on this Honda Prelude... saying I haven't been able to do a lot of modeling is a bit of an understatement.

Anyways, the Prelude is now finished. The kit was a standard "snap/screw-fit-kit" from Fujimi, but major changes and improvements have been made:

- modifying the rear seats to represent the face lifted version
- seat belts (both front! and rear) added
- receivers for all seat belts installed
- all seats received pigment powder for more depth
- tilting knobs for both front seats added
- radio-cd cover in PE
- ignition key added
- radio antenne replaced with metal one
- front headlamps modified and lenses installed
- sun roof opened
- rail for sunroof made from plastic card
- rear speaker grills added
- front and rear wipers were modified with PE parts, only arms still plastic

For the moment I've only managed to take 2 outside pictures as it started to rain immediately after I went out. So, a couple more will follow later on.

Guido,
You have captured the look and feel of the car exceptionally well. This looks incredibly realistic.
Awesome work there you have done. Good to see you have found your modelling Mojo again. I know I have.

Very nice! The color is perfect and the paint is flawless! Any pictures of the interior yet (or coming)? The photos in your WIP have disappeared and I'd love to see all the detail you put into it. If it's as clean as the exterior, all the extras will be amazing. Keep it up!

My God Guido: last one looks not only real: even there's a drama: I feel a tornado coming, few second behind the car... full throttle plizzz...

If I don't know your photo skills, I would say you're quite lucky to catch a so fantastic light set up in last one.. reflections, shadow, lights looks just out from the ultimate 3D rendering software

despite the subject (you must think that in my wildest dreams there aren't cars LOL ) this last one is my AFSOTY (shot of the year
