Have 08 Pontiac g6. Few days ago it would go into reverse but wouldn't move but would move in drive. Now the complete opposite, moves in reverse but not in drive.. Anyone have any idea before I start the process of elimination??

Re: Any help is appreciated
Welcome aboard.
If you can safely raise the front of the vehicle, place the trans in neutral and see if the front wheels can be turned by hand in both directions. Monitor for any roughness, noise, or resistance while turning each wheel. If you have an AWD model, there are other steps which might apply.
