AE86 help

i have an ae86 and i got the new engine but when i got it the engine seems slower? anyone know what seems wrong?

I have an AE86 with the engine upgrade and its much better in my opinion. Try shifting at 8000;9000;10500;and then the redlines after that and you shouldnt have any problems.

i have 2,000,000 points and a full upgrade to my AE86 but i was wondering do the points make your car go faster or just the parts?

Yes, its called full tune. 990,000 pts i believe the difference between a card with 120k and a card with 990k is like 3 seconds. And yes I had the same problem when i got my new engine, back in ver.2 I was slow for the longest time. I didnt know how to use the engine. Also, parts can make your car faster. Certain parts make your car grip, better in slick conditions, faster top end/accel. LONG LIVE AE86
