2002 626 2.0 coil question?

Hello,
My Mother has a 2002 Mazda 626 lx automatic with the 2.0 engine.It has 78,000 miles on it.She had had a starting problem last year.It would turn over crank fine,New Battery had spark but wouldnt start all the time or had to crank for awhile.A tech scanned it and said she needed a fuel pressure regulator and after that was installed it did run perfect again.Now it wont start again.Crank and Crank but nothing.I hooked up one of those spark testers that was hard with the plug in the hole so far but I made something work.Turn it over and there is hardly any spark at all but there is just a very small blue spec you can see when its dark out.Should this car have more spark than that to make it run?PLUS On these 2001 2.0s is the ignition ignitor or module built into this coil pack??? Is this car distibuterless?? Let me know please if any of you have replaced your coils when your car did this and was it a fix?Thank You,Born

Anybody out there?
If so to let you know.I pulled a plug out with the boot on it layed it on the engine and there was still a small spec of spark.I brought my Mom out to show her and did it again and there was alot of cracking spark and it started with one plug out.Put the plug back in and it started and ran perfect for a day and next day no start again?? I went and got a new coil thinking maybe that is it? installed it and same thing?doesnt run and low amount of spark? Whats next guys??? CRANK SENSOR GO OUT ON THESE CARS TOO?? HELP SOMEONE??

Well it wasnt the coil.
Wasnt the ignition switch
Whats next?? FUEL PUMP?
