Emmisions?
Does anyone know after what year vehicles have to pass emmisions? I never had to do it, but now one of our hick town cops says i need to go get it done. (I live in Michigan if it makes a diff.)

I know here in Oregon if your car is older then 1975 then you are exempt from emissions. But also in certain parts of the state there is no emissions testing because there are no centers past about 30-40 miles from Portland.

I'd goto the DMV and ask them, I'm sure they'd know there
