Angry No Heat

Good afternoon/Happy New Years,
I've a 1997 VW Jetta Trek, 2.0 engine, 130K miles. The problem i'm having is no heat after replacing the thermostat and the heater core. The radiator hose is hot so are the two hoses running to the heater core. Any idea what the problem can be? Any assistance will be really appreciated! Thanks

Re: No Heat

Is the blower fan working? Is the diverter door opening?

Re: No Heat

Yes the blower is working fine; it's just blowing cool air.
