Q: where to shop for 1/43 accessory parts?
I have been buying and building 1/43 lately. Kits in this scale are often flawed, and worse yet, missing parts. I can't possibly scratch build everything. So, does anyone know where I can get 1/43 detail parts? Specifically I am looking for wire wheels, tires and PE steering wheel? I have checked Grandprix model but couldn't find any.
Any ideas? Thanks. |

Racing43 & Sprint43 must be the answer.
you can buy them through Mauricio Bossi's Microsprint branded shop. his website is down for the moment but his Ebay account is still working, contact him through "microsprint2009" on Ebay. |

Re: Q: where to shop for 1/43 accessory parts?
The problem with the good parts is that usually they are made in small batches and sell out quick. I'd find Bosica wheels but they will be expensive. Where most 1/43 wires are made with flat photoetch the Bosica's are made with wire. I saw that Raccoon Auto has them listed on their site. They might also have some of the other things you are looking for. They don't do a good job of keeping the accessories updated on their site so your better off at email. There are some good shops on the GDIST link page:

Excellent suggestions! Thanks a lot guys. Microsprint2009 has a nice collection of wheels including the Bosica one. Very nice indeed but unfortunately the price is a little steep. Does Racoon auto ship internationally? I would absolutely love to visit the shop in person.

I've ordered from Racoon with no problems but it's been a few years.
