93 sc 400 with bad harness

Hi, this is my first post so Ill get right to the point. Im considering buying a 93 sc 400 with reasonable miles and just a few minor problems. The only major problem is the guy says it needs a new harness which he already bought and comes with the car. Ive never done much with wiring and electrical stuff so I dont know how hard it would be do it myself. Do you guys think it would be doable? Also, how much would a shop charge if I already had the parts?
Thanks,
Alex
