I think the 612 is a big improvement over the 456! It's really nice looking and the new interior looks beautiful! Probably the best 2+2 exotic car you can get!

Re: The NEW Ferrari 612 Scaglietti!!

While it doesnt look bad, it could (imho) be a lot better. The front reminds me of the Mazda, yes Mazda RX8 and the back is too much like the 550M.

This new breed of reeeeally long exotics

...like this new 612 and the new 4-door Maserati just doesn't look right to me. Their proportions are a bit weird for cars coming out of Modena...

(not that I'd be particularly sad if I was handed one of those or both!)

I think I was expecting a better job from Ferrari about the exterior but the interior seems sweet, finally Ferrari has made a car with a good interior in my opinion, if you think that previous Ferraris also had beautiful interiors, I would respect your opinion, it's just mine that they were not good enough for Ferrari.

Designed by Pininfarina to epitomise dynamism and elegance, the 612 Scaglietti boasts characteristic scalloped sides that recall the famous 375 MM bodied by the Turin coachbuilder for Rossellini and used by Ingrid Bergman.

This new Ferrari is too low-key.

So you think it is light or heavy? I believe it is pretty light for such a big car...

Re: The NEW Ferrari 612 Scaglietti!!

Heavy. I know it's a big GT and all that, but it's 150kg heavier than the 456M, and 100kg heavier than the 575, which isn't exactly small itself. The 612 can definitely not be described as 'light'.

Its a large 2+2 with a v12.... thats not gonna be a light car. It may be heavier than the 575, but its also much larger. It doesnt need to carry the weight of the second set of seats and larger seating area. I dont think that the weight is out of hand.
