Post Oil leaking by the head gasket

First sorry about my English,
Problem: Oil leaks after ingine was rebuilt for the second time.
Gaskets were change 2 times, the cyinder studs new.
Torque at 70 lbs 3 times
Head and block were resurfaced.
NOw the questions are what is happening? my mechanic says "That in 35 years of working on this TR 6's this is the first time he had seem this.
I only have two other things:
1. The torque tool we are using is out of calibration.
2. There is some how a pressure beeing build inside the block and the oil is looking for a place to scape.

Please HELP
