Well it will be a "secret projet".. That mean I'm not sure at all it will turn out right so I don't want to embarrass me with an horrible WIP.

I did the drawing yesterday, it should look really nice, but I will have to see if my scratchbuilt skill are on par with this insane idea.

Worst case, I will loose a kit and time I will order some kits today. (first order in about 18 months !!)

This would give a great reason to build my MFH 1967 Le Mans 330 P4

Re: AF Group Build: A Tribute To The 60 Red Years

Funny how most of us have like 5 Ferraris on our benches and none of them are finished.

Doesn't seem to be the same for Porsches, Lambos, Astons, etc...... LOL

I'm in ,if its ok for a newbie? MY kits are the 612,599,enzo,daytona spyder of the miami vice show to make it a true Ferrari. I'm going to use an old engine from Replicas Miniatures.

Re: AF Group Build: A Tribute To The 60 Red Years

This might be a good excuse to get me started on the 365 Daytona Speciale (Enthusiast) I've been looking at on my shelf for the last year :-)

Re: AF Group Build: A Tribute To The 60 Red Years

I think I'll be joining this groupbuild with a 1/16 stallion with a V8, two turbos and a pretty big rear wing if you can guess...

You did a great job on the 959, so why not display it with its archrival? I'll look forward to your build. I've got the kit in my stash, unstarted of course. My only gripes with it are the exhaust manifolds and the turbos- the turbos especially need some correction.

Re: AF Group Build: A Tribute To The 60 Red Years

This will be one interesting group project. Question though: Will we have some sort of introduction line to show that the build and WIP-Thread belongs to the "60 years of Ferrari"-project?

Where can I get a nifty avatar like Veyron - with the "60" logo? I like it a lot.
