Trying to ID a Vehicle
Attached a picture of two vehicles I can't identify. The caterpillar track on the right is interesting - military, maybe?

The picture is from outside a corporate HQ in California - southeast of Long Beach and north of San Clemente. Having a hard time understanding why they would have military vehicles.
