B&M shifter...

Wassup guys, I just have a quick question. I was looking at the B&M Pro Bandit shifter, and I noticed that it had two neutrals, one neutral for driving around purposes and the other being true neutral. I just wanted to know what is meant by neutral for driving around purposes? Thanks guys in advance.
