Re: Thank You AF

It looks fine from the side and front, but the back just doesnt seem to match up??? Way too squared off. From what i've read and the spyshots i've seen there should be a SRT version late this year.

Re: Thank You AF

Here's the info on the new Caliber SRT-4. http://automobilemag.com/auto_shows/..._caliber_srt4/

300HP/ 260tq sounds good to me! Only thing is Automobile mag says it will be out next year, but on Dodge's site is is slated as a 2007 model/ late availability. That makes it sound like it will be out later this year. Its growing on me, I kinda like it. What does everyone else think?

Re: Thank You AF

I just got the latest issue of Motor Trend and they had a comparision test with the Caliber R/T. The car sucks big time, they should not put "R/T" tags on a car that takes over 10 seconds to reach 60 and handles like a minivan. I was looking forward to buying one when they came out, but I have changed my mind. Chrysler has screwed this one up, as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't mind 10 sec 0-60 times if I were getting 40+ mpg in a car this size. The rating of 26hwy and poor performance is a turn off for me. My '98 Neon R/T did 0-60 in 7.6 sec and was rated 40hwy. It seems like they could at least match that 8 years later.
