Cold Air Intake

I installed a cold air intake and it has been setting off me check engine light. When I removed my stock airbox, there was a sensor plugged into it with with one vacuum hose going into the box, and one going into another vacuum hose located in the engine. Does anyone know what this sensor is and how I can make it work with my new intake? By the way, I have a 97 Accord EX Coupe

one is an air temperature sensor and the other is *goes to look at his helms and the CAI installation manual* the PCV Breather Pipe. Both need to go into the CAI, that's what those little black grommets are for.
