Ovefinch Range Rover Sport 1/18 Maisto.
I am changing boringt silver SUV into something more interesting and eye-catching. I was chosing betwen Hamann, Arden and Overfinch styling and decided for the last one. This is how it looks. I have already replaced brakes, now it has brembo`s and played with the suspension. Car is now lower, but I am not satisfied yet. I wanted to use 5-spooke rims, but they looked too small, eventhough they are the same size as stock rims, so for now, black stock rims will be fine. I also started with the bodykit, today I made the car wider and I changed the front bumper by cutting holes in and adding some putty. hope you like it, comments are welcome |

Nice. I've always liked custom SUVs, and this one is going to turn out sweet!

Re: Ovefinch Range Rover Sport 1/18 Maisto.
hi
little update on the progress. as i was working on the front bumper, i didn`t like it, so i decided to make my own custom bodykit. here are the pics before i changed my mind well and the pics after i made new bumpers, made flat roof, fill the gaps on rear bumper and added a PE seatbelts from tremonia. i also painted it with primer, which revealed some mistakes. i will repair that when i get revell plasto I will also applied the fog lights on the bottom of the front bumper, so it won`t be so plain.. sorry for bad english, I am from slovenia and still learning |

Re: Ovefinch Range Rover Sport 1/18 Maisto.
Again some progress and pics. First I put revell plasto all over the car so it would cover little holes and scratches caused by sanding. I decided to use orange color in cobination with black.
I will use the black stock rims. Think they look great with gold brembo brakes. Interior is almost finished. It is not changed so much I added PE seat belts and black box in trunk. In front, I started with radiator and stuff. This car will be made in style that would fit in Fast and Furious: UAE ; if it would exist The engine room is alreay paited black, the engine cover is in primer and waits for paint, that will be orange like the exterior. For exhaust pipes, I will use the cheapest solution - empty gun bullets. They are similar to exhaust pipes from tremonia, all I need is to drill a hole on the other side. here is the car sanded and already painted with silver. there are still some scratches and holes visible, but eventualy I will repair them and paint over with orange. after that, I will add black vinyls. engine cover is already orange, now it waits for black vinyl, so it will match the exterior |

Looks great, only I shoulded left the foglight-gaps open. But this looks good either. I'd love to see the next mods, keep up the good work!
