How can I burn rubber?
I took my 2001 Nissan SE Crew Cab V6 out the other night seeing if i can make it squeal. It did once out of 4 times. What is the Frontiers problem? Is it a breathing issue, fuel injection issue, or an exaust issue? All i want is to make it burn at the start, it doesn't have to be mad fast. Also i do not want to spend more that like $500 make it happen, can u help me?

Well the nissan are heavy and don't have that much torque (small v6) there really isn't much you can do except maybe hotter cams, intake and exhaust and I hear that'll usually put about 20hp on the N/A 3.3.

if you haven't tried this already - and I don't know if you have a manual or AT - for AT - just stomp on the brake, punch the accelarator, then let go of the brake - just about every car will "chirp" until it hits 2nd.. - keep the rears in some bleach - smoke everywhere! MT - keep the clutch in - punch the accel, and let the clutch out.. |

Re: How can I burn rubber?
It's easier to "bark" if you do it at a quick turn.
At a turn, just cut your steering wheel real sharp, then rev the engine a little then release the clutch I can almost pull a 180 |

Drop a v8 in it......sb chevy 350 fits nicely between the frame rails. Have to modify the exhaust manifolds, but, man what a ride..!!

Why on earth do you want to "burn rubber"? if you want to do this get a 350z and do it on the track. The Fronty is a truck, not made to burn rubber, it's made to haul crap around.
