Oil Change for a 330i
I was wondering if any of you know which aftermarket engine oil is best for my 2001 BMW 330i?

I always use synthetic.... and I try to stay with RedLine.

Mobil 1 is unquestionably best synthetic in the world!(I am a chemical engineer and conducted tests on all N America syn based oils, Mobil 1 far superior to Castrol, Pennzoil, Valvoline, Quaker State, etc.). Hope this helps.

so any mobil-1 synthetic motor oil will do?

is "redline" a motor oil company? how much do they go for? and is it neccessarily the more expensive the oil, the better the oil?
