How much power should E85 K24 make?

how much wheel power and torque should a k24_block/k20a2_head engine make with 13.7:1 compression ratio, E85, header, no cat and stock cams?

I'm guessing around 250 hp and 180 ft*lb at the wheels, but I'm no Honda expert.
